What is your product guarantee?

Our  products are guaranteed against normal wear and tear for one calendar year from the time of purchase.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We are happy to exchange any item in its original condition that is still current. For a refund or store credit, return your item with your receipt within 180 days. We regret that we cannot accept returns on special ordered items or items marked “While Supplies Last” or Mark down Items, which are final sale.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Return credit will be issued to the credit card used for your original purchase. Exchange items whose value exceeds the amount of your refund will be billed to your credit card. For items purchased with cash, check or gift certificates.  A refund check will be issued. Allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and up to 15 business days for a refund check to be mailed out.

How long will it take for me to receive an exchanged item?

Depending on stock availability, it can take up to 7 business days after we receive your return items for your replacements to arrive.
